Tamil Nadu CM announces free 2GB/day data cards for college students

 Chennai, Jan 10 (SocialNews.XYZ) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister K.Palaniswami on Sunday reported issuance of free facts card for undergrads. 

In an assertion gave here, Palaniswami said attributable to Covid-19 pandemic, the universities are holding on the web classes for understudies. 

To empower the understudies to go to the online classes, the public authority has chosen to give free information cards with utilization limit of 2 GB for each day between January to April. 

Palaniswami said the information cards will be given to about 9.69 lakh understudies concentrating in the public authority and government helped schools by the Electronics Corporation of Tamil Nadu Ltd. (Elcot), a state government undertaking.
