google can develop own G joints App for texting based on mobile number like whats app

 It is more better google can develop G joints app like whats app already google have video chat and  hung out for text but it is all base on with gmail ID not in mobile number. now days every one have mobile with own number e.g 100 people mobile have mean email only 90 people have own email ID and about gmail may be have only 75 to 80 people not all have own gmail ID because they not in use but mobile with number must use it. google must bring his own text messaging application  G joints app based on mobile number. to text video chat , image with text all in one Application  even can add G pay too with it and do more advanced features in application google can do all.
